• Free Cancellation: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled check-in time will receive a full refund.
• Late Cancellation (Within 48 hours): No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in.
• No-Show Policy: If a guest fails to check in without prior cancellation, the full booking amount will be forfeited.

•     Cancellation 7+ Days Prior: Full refund or rescheduling allowed.
•     Cancellation 3-7 Days Prior: 50% refund or rescheduling with applicable charges.
•     Cancellation Within 48 Hours: No refund; rescheduling subject to availability and additional fees.

2. Refund Process

•     Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
•     Bank/payment provider processing times may vary, and we are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

3. Modifications & Rescheduling

•     Booking modifications (date changes, room upgrades, etc.) are subject to availability.
•     Additional charges may apply if the new booking is priced higher.

4. Special Cases

•     Force Majeure (Natural Disasters, Government Restrictions): Full refund or alternative dates will be offered.
•     Medical Emergencies (with valid proof): Refund or rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

• Some promotional or discounted bookings may be non-refundable as specified at the time of booking.
